Having a great time in Maine this week. Tomorrow is the day: we’re climbing Mt. Washington, Lord wiling and the crick don’t rise:
We’ll see how well the C25K program (with occasional elevation on treadmill) works as preparation for hiking 9 miles with 4,000 ft. elevation gain.
Prayers/good thoughts welcome.
You will rock! Pun intended. When the pace allows, use the hiking “rest step” and I am sure you will have an incredible experience. Keep us posted on your climb. Blessings!
Have a great time! Enjoy the view:)

Take it slow and steady. Bring enough water and rest when you need it. You will enjoy the summit!
hoping for low humidity for you. keep your blood sugar even so you will have energy for the long haul.
Can’t wait to hear all about it.
Await photos and your reflections on the view from the top and the journey there, and back.
Peace be with you,
Sarah
